Unopened & Unused Products

We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable).

First-Time Guarantee on Opened Products

We believe in our formulas and want you to feel the same. If you are trying a product for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a one-time refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery — even if the item has been opened. This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of that product.

Subsequent Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on additional opened items. Only your first opened product is eligible under our First-Time Guarantee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
