At Protein Zone, LLC, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship orders placed through ProteinZoneATX.com.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order status changes to Accepted.

  • For larger orders (over 200 items), fulfillment may take 5–10 business days.

  • Orders placed with a status of New may be canceled or updated (including shipping address changes) within the first 2 hours. Once the order status updates to Accepted, it has been sent to our fulfillment team and can no longer be changed or canceled.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center via USPS. Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • US Domestic – Regular Shipping (USPS): 1–4 business days

  • US Domestic – Express Shipping (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen service level (Regular or Express).

  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly advertised and applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Protein Zone, LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” by USPS but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

  • Protein Zone, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, weather conditions, labor disputes, carrier issues, customs delays, or public health emergencies.
