Return Policy & The Optimization Guarantee

At Protein Zone, we engineer our formulas for maximum efficacy. We stand behind the science of our products, and if a formula does not align with your physiological goals, our resolution process is straightforward and transparent.

Unopened & Unused Formulas

We gladly accept returns of unopened and completely sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected by our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable).

The First-Time Optimization Guarantee

We believe in our ecosystem and want you to integrate these systems with confidence. If you are testing a specific formula for the first time and it does not meet your performance standards, you may request a one-time refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery - even if the seal has been broken. This guarantee strictly applies to your first purchase of that specific product.

Subsequent Opened Products

To maintain our strict quality control and biological safety protocols, we cannot accept returns on any additional opened items. Only your first opened unit of a specific product is eligible under the Optimization Guarantee.

Return Logistics & Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, Protein Zone will cover all associated return logistics.
